Price Sculpture Forest is inviting artists to showcase their work in a unique natural setting.
This open call offers sculptors the chance to gain international exposure, benefit from supportive conditions, and engage with diverse audiences in a vibrant outdoor exhibition space.
Opportunities for artists
Early participants will receive 100% of their sales proceeds with no commission. In addition, artists can personally select the best locations within the park to display their sculptures. The park provides marketing support to promote both the artist and the work, and there is no entry or submission fee.
Themes of the exhibition
The Sculpture Forest currently features two thematic trails:
- Nature Nurtured: Works inspired by natural elements, flora, fauna, ecosystems, and humanity’s interaction with the environment. Preferred messages are uplifting and positive, though pieces reflecting environmental concerns may also be considered.
- Whimsy Way: Playful, surprising, and fantastical sculptures designed to spark curiosity, laughter, or wonder for audiences of all ages.
Materials and requirements
For Nature Nurtured, materials such as stone, metals, and natural elements (wood, shells, antlers, etc.) are preferred. For Whimsy Way, all materials and colors are welcome. Sculptures must be durable enough to withstand outdoor conditions and visitor interaction. Mounting assistance, plinths, or aerial installations may be arranged in coordination with the park team.
Sculpture status
Submitted works may be offered for sale, loan, or donation to the park’s permanent collection. Donations and long-term loans will be acknowledged with plaques and recognition on the park’s website.
Submission guidelines
To apply, email Contact@SculptureForest.org with:
- Your name, email, phone, and website (if available).
- Photos of the sculpture (multiple angles preferred).
- Title, materials, and dimensions of the work.
- Status (for sale with price, not for sale, permanent donation, or long-term loan).
- A short statement on why your sculpture fits the Sculpture Forest themes.
Terms and conditions
Accepted works should remain at the park for a minimum of two years, unless sold earlier. Artists are responsible for installation and removal, coordinated in advance with the park. Marketing support will highlight both the artist and the submitted sculpture.
