Through his work, Glatt explores concepts of identity, rootedness and spirituality.
Alejandro Glatt’s art unfolds as a sensory journey that connects nature, spirituality and technology. His work, centered on the use of fruits, maps and immersive experiences, invites viewers to touch, smell and feel, generating a direct connection to the everyday and the ritual.
With influences ranging from Latin American rituals to conceptual art and pop culture, Glatt creates experiences that transcend the visual to become acts of sensory exploration.
The symbolism of the fruit and the map
The fruit becomes a universal symbol of life and connection, while the map represents belonging and exploration. This combination resonates especially with those who find travel a way to expand their personal and cultural boundaries. “My works speak of introspection, freedom and collective celebration. I want people to not only see my art, but to feel and experience it” he explains.
An art that is experienced
In a world where the image dominates, Glatt proposes an alternative based on interaction. Installations such as Feel the Fruit invite the public to participate in collective rituals where touch and scent play a fundamental role. “Art can open paths that words cannot. When a work touches someone, it can change the way they see the world” he says.

Exploration as a creative method
His creative process is deeply influenced by human contact, rituals and travel. “I draw inspiration from the street, from conversations, from the fruit market in every city I visit. Each work is born from an emotion that then materializes in colors, shapes and experiences,” he says.
Between the digital and the organic
While his art has a strong grounding in the sensory and the natural, Glatt does not shy away from technology. He has explored digital art through 12 collections of NFTs and works with projections and interactive installations. However, he emphasizes that the real challenge lies in using technology with purpose, without losing the human essence.

An invitation to feel
For Glatt, art is a bridge between the tangible and the invisible, a tool for personal and social transformation. “I want people to connect with their bodies, their memories and their community. That they take away a seed of something: an emotion, a question, a sense of peace or joy” he concludes. His art is an invitation to travel, not only through the world, but into the inner self.
