Born in Canada, the best adventure film festival continues its global tour and already reaches more than 40 countries around the world.
💥 The Banff Center Mountain Film Festival takes place every November in the town of Banff, Canada. The best films and videos that capture the spirit of the mountain and the essence of adventure are shown there. Cinematography of the highest quality as well as the promotion of mountain culture and respect for the environment are rewarded.
🌎 Its origins date back to 1976, when 450 people gathered to see 10 films and, since then, its attendance has increased.
🔥 Currently, it is one of the most prestigious mountain film festivals in the world. The festival showcases the greatest of the genre’s audiovisual industry, as the best short and medium-length films are presented.
🇦🇷 Argentina is part of the 2022 Tour, which started in San Carlos de Bariloche, from August 11 to 13; continued to San Martín de los Andes, from August 18 to 20; arrived to the City of Buenos Aires, on August 29 and 30 and September 5. Finally, the Tour will continue through Mendoza on October 3 and 4 and, like every year, it will culminate during the month of November in El Calafate.
